SHIPPING POLICY

A Shipping Policy comes with a number of benefits for both you and your customers. Some benefits are that people will be more likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

Store Pickup

  1. Availability: Store pickup is available only during regular store hours.

  2. Eligibility: Orders must be placed and paid for in advance through our website, over the phone, or in-store.

  3. Pickup Window: Customers may pick up orders any time during store hours on the selected pickup date.

  4. Verification: For security purposes, customers must present a valid ID and order confirmation at the time of pickup.

  5. Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date may be canceled, and perishable items will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery

  • Service Hours: Delivery orders are fulfilled only during regular store hours.

  • Blackout Dates: Delivery service is not available on Black Friday or on federal/government holidays.

  • Coverage Area: Deliveries are available within our designated delivery radius (as stated on our website or at checkout).

  • Scheduling: Customers may select a preferred delivery date and time during checkout. We strive to meet all scheduled delivery windows, though delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Recipient Presence: The recipient or an authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery may be rescheduled for an additional fee or canceled without refund for perishable items.
